The ultrasound is a good alternative to complement the treatment of localizes fat. It works damaging the fat cells (adipocits) and causing its reduction.

Due to its anti-inflammatory action, the ultrasound is also largely used in the recovery of plastic surgeries, reducing the edemas (swelling), the fibrosis (internal cicatrization) and therefore, leading to better and quicker recovery. In the postoperative it is generally associated to manual lymph drainage.
